Terms and Conditions - VM Parcel Hub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VM Parcel Hub services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide domestic courier booking, pickup, tracking and last-mile delivery in partnership with logistics providers across India.

3. Booking & Pricing

All bookings are subject to verification. Pricing depends on weight, distance, parcel type and service level. Quoted prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship illegal goods, hazardous materials, perishables without prior arrangement, cash, jewelry, weapons, narcotics, or items restricted by Indian law. Violations may lead to disposal and legal action.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, strikes, lockdowns or incorrect addresses are not the company's liability.

6. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or INR 1000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be raised within 7 days of dispatch.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Bookings may be cancelled before pickup. Refunds, if any, are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate sender/receiver details, package items securely, and ensure contents comply with our policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
